We have over 40 acres for you to social distance.
According to the CDC, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting Lazy Acres, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other disease.
There are generally more visitors at the farm on weekends and significantly more on weekends closest to Halloween. We have added additional hours on Thursdays and Fridays and encourage families to take advantage of smaller crowds on these days.
OUR PLEDGE TO YOU:
We are excited that you are considering visiting our farm. We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and guests as we celebrate our 40th season at Lazy Acres. In accordance with CDC, state and local guidelines, we will be implementing a number of Covid-related safety precautions and invite you to join us in working together to PLAY SAFE this fall. Here are a few of the precautions we are implementing:
-
Our staff will wear masks and pass a health check prior to each shift.
-
Seating and lines will be configured to encourage guests to remain 6' apart.
-
We have increased hand sanitizer and wash stations throughout the farm.
-
Frequent cleaning practices for eating areas, tabletops, counters, restrooms, common areas and high touch areas on the farm.
-
We strongly encourage contactless payment as all locations throughout the farm now accept credit cards.
YOUR PLEDGE TO US:
-
Guests are encouraged to wear masks wherever social distancing is not possible.
-
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 [including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath], please help us keep everyone safe by staying home.
-
You agree to follow the social distancing and sanitary guidelines that have been put in place to protect you and our other guests and employees.
-
Masks are recommended for the wagon ride to the pumpkin patch but not required.
We thank you for supporting our family farm for the last 39 years and we look forward to seeing you again this season!
